DO you offer in person or telehealth services?

I am offering Telehealth services only at this time.

Do you offer a Free Telephone Consultation?

There is no magic in therapy. We can only deal with the information you provide. While experience and qualifications are important when choosing a therapist, trust and rapport are essential. Feeling safe and comfortable in your therapeutic relationship will enable you to feel confident that you can be open about your situation.

During this free telephone consultation, you can share with me why you’re seeking therapy and ask any questions you may have about me or my process; this will give you an opportunity to determine if I am the right therapist for you. It is important to me that you feel safe and comfortable.

What does a session cost?

My fee is $180 per session. I am out of network and not paneled with any insurance company so you will pay the full fee at the time of each session. I can provide you with a Superbill which you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement for your out-of-network benefits.

I accept credit card payments only via the secure site, Simple Practice. If you choose to pay via Ivy, Venmo or Zelle, arrangements can be made.

What if I need to cancel an appointment?

I have a 48- hour cancellation policy. If you do not show for your appointment or cancel with less than 48-hour notice you will be charged for the missed session. Please provide me with the 48-hours notice to avoid paying this fee.
