About Landa Duszynski

An experienced, brain-based psychotherapist focused on change.

I work with clients to develop a unique plan that helps them reach their goals through traditional psychotherapy and powerful new tools. I specialize in couples and individuals struggling in marriage or relationships and dealing with issues like anxiety, depression, trauma and PTSD.

Models of therapy

As an experienced, brain-based psychotherapist, I provide traditional psychotherapy as well as newer, evidenced-based techniques such as Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART)and Brainspotting (BSP). ART and BSP are focused eye movement tools which can produce powerful and rapid change that’s proven to be effective with relationship issues, anxiety, depression, phobias, grief, trauma and PTSD.

Marriage & Relationships

I follow the Gottman Method, developed by Dr. John Gottman, when working with couples. Dr. Gottman and his spouse, Julie Gottman, are known experts in the field of marriage and relationship counseling.  They’ve developed a successful model supported by years of evidence-based research. By following their model, as well as incorporating ART and BSP, couples and individuals can change limiting and conflictual patterns of communication and behaviors. The result is renewed intimacy, love and trust.
